(1) Please give a little thought to a question or curiosity, something you’d like to investigate or a pain point you’re interested in working to heal. Don’t worry about it being “right” or perfectly clear – any point of inquiry is fine.

(2) Make sure you’re in a private place where you can comfortably lay down for 15 to 30 minutes during our time together, and not be interrupted by people, household animals, or electronics. It might help for you to use headphones if being in a quiet place isn’t an option.

(3) The session will automatically schedule for an hour and a half — we will work together for 30 minutes to around an hour; the scheduling block is to ensure that we have the spaciousness we need for the work and for you to absorb what’s shared without rushing into whatever is next on your schedule. I recommend giving yourself at least an additional 30 minutes for the energy to settle before moving on.
